She has a wealth of experience in the banking and corporate sectors and advises decision makers within legal and compliance functions on key trends and market movements. Theresa has a successful track record of placements, particularly within the financial services’ sector including investment banking, asset management, private banking, consumer banking and insurance.

Previously Theresa worked with a global recruitment firm placing mid and senior professionals into risk and corporate governance roles. Her specialisms include roles in legal, compliance, risk and audit and span both financial and non-financial multinationals. A Singaporean, Theresa graduated from the Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Business Management.
