Potential applicants are assessed against the specification of the role and their cultural fit with the client organisation before starting the interview process. Throughout the process we offer market intelligence and guidance, as well as honest and direct feedback about target companies and short-listed candidates to assist the client in the decision-making process. Once an offer has been made our consultants are able to participate in any negotiations.  We make ourselves available to the client in every possible way to help with the integration process and retain an interest in the executives we have helped place long after they have taken up their new positions.
