Internationally renowned Asian financial house seeks derivatives counsel for equity business in Hong Kong

Our client, an international brokerage firm, is recruiting a derivatives counsel to bolster its team in Hong Kong. The role will involve responsibility for traded structured products, their prime brokerage business and corporate and interbank dealings. The role will report to a senior solicitor and the Head of Legal in Hong Kong. Ideally, the applicant will have had at least one year of experience in structured products, OTC derivatives, equity finance and prime brokerage; however equivalent capital markets experience will be considered.
