This is an attractive opportunity to join a leading inter-dealer broker as Head of Legal and Compliance, Asia.

In the legal side, you will be managing and working along side a corporate/employment lawyer based in HK supporting all stages of the employment process. In the compliance side, you will be responsible to ensure that the company entities in the region operate in compliance with relevant legislation/regulation, by giving advice on compliance implications of business decisions, both for on-going issues and in project decisions; To be suitable for the role,  6-8 years of previous experience in legal and compliance within a financial institution  is required.
