A global financial company now seeks a dynamic individual with a Compliance background to join their team as an Assistant Compliance Manager in Hong Kong
Reporting to the Compliance Manager, The main focus of the job will be to provide oversight of the distribution channels to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies/ procedures in the delivery of quality business
The role also includes conducting surveillance activities through red flag reports, file reviews, client surveys and agent interviews to promptly detect distribution compliance risks and recommending practical risk-mitigation actions to ensure that compliance risks are promptly addressed
The successful applicant will have 2-3 years experience in any of the following: agency sales, complaint investigation, agency training, distribution compliance and sound knowledge of the HKFI/ OCI regulations/ guidelines
