Our client is one of the region's top financial institutions and they now seek an experienced mid-level lawyer to join their growing business in Singapore.

The role will provide legal advice to the Global Markets business of the bank and cover a wide range of products, with a particular focus on equity derivatives. Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders, the incumbent will be the solutions provider for legal issues arising in the region. The successful applicant will be a 5+ years PQE lawyer with a strong background in structured products and/or debt capital markets. The applicant should be proactive in their approach and take initiatives when appropriate.
