This is an attractive opportunity to join the legal & compliance function of a leading global bank.

Based in Hong Kong, the successful person will assist in the handling , investigation and management of disputes and contentious issues across the Pac Rim region. The ideal applicant will have 2-4 years post qualification general commercial litigation experience,  preferably with financial industry sector specialty and sound knowledge of Hong Kong litigation procedure and a broader knowledge of dispute resolution principles as well as alternative dispute resolution forums (i.e. arbitration / mediation / conciliation).
