Our Client, a leading global brokerage firm, is now looking for a high calibre candidate to fill in the post of Head of Compliance India.
The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to promote a compliance culture within the firm. He will also be responsible for overseeing the Compliance and FCP activities of the Firm and helping support the Firm’s compliance with all relevant laws and rules other than those related to employment matters, tax, finance and general corporate matters, and efforts to avoid being disadvantaged by fraud (Compliance and FCPmandates). To be qualified for this role, the person should be an experienced compliance professional with at least 6 years of industry experience and ideally have a detailed knowledge and understanding of brokerage – exchange-traded futures and options, equities, and FX
