Outstanding opportunity to join this global bank in a regional role supporting investment banking activities across South East Asia.

As part of an established team you will work on a variety of IPO, M&A and related transactions and assist in the structuring and execution of those deals. In this position you will have wide exposure to the business and be comfortable advising investment bankers in order to ensure legal risks are properly managed. Training from a leading UK or US firm is essential although UK or US qualifications can be considered. Chinese language skills are not required although experience working on deals across South East Asia is required. Outstanding remuneration on offer.
