Opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join this global bank in a new role supporting trade finance, insurance and security services.
You will be part of an established legal infrastructure supporting an expanding product offering across Asia. The business line offers trade finance, security services and insurance solutions for clients across Asia. You will be providing legal support to corporate client negotiations, structuring of new products and customisation of existing ones, along with support for documentation roll out initiatives across the region. You will need strong credit documentation experience and experience dealing with queries from the business including compliance, credit, risk management and contract management and operation on a range of payment related issues. Exposure to advising on non-standard bank guarantees including standby letters of credit and related documentation would be ideal.
