Exceptional opportunity for an ambitious funds lawyer to join this global financial institution
This well known financial house is recruiting a funds lawyer to support the legal team on funds across the region. The successful individual will focus on a mix of funds work including Exchange Traded, MPF and Pension funds. The work will cover both the regulatory aspects and knowledge of the SFC securities regime and policies pertaining to fund administration. In addition, there will be a fund formation component so relevant experience in this area will be well regarded. You will review and approve fund prospectuses, administer funds, and develop and launch fund products in a variety of markets. This senior role reports directly to the Head of Funds and promises a solid career path and healthy compensation.
