Top tier international law firm seeks a junior banking and finance associate to join their flourishing practice in Asia

As part of an integrated regional team, the successful applicant will work on a breadth of financing and general banking deals with quality clients from a variety of industries. This is an opportunity to be involved in numerous high profile transactions, including project finance, asset-based finance and leveraged finance. England & Wales qualified lawyers with experience at leading English law practices are required for this role. Prior exposure to the London market will be seen an added advantage. Applicants who are Hong Kong qualified with a strong background in banking and finance will also be considered. Chinese language skills are not required.
