Our Client, a leading Investment bank, is now looking for a high calibre candidate to fill in the post of Policy Development and Training Manager, Compliance.
This role will take responsibility for Compliance’s policy development and training across Asia Pacific, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer for Compliance.Responsibilities include tracking changes in regulations and laws across Asian jurisdictions and managing a process of impact assessment and information dissemination across the Firm, designing and writing training materials for employees, overseeing the execution of the region’s annual training program and coordinating efforts globally. The successful person will have familiarity with financial services and regulatory compliance concepts, writing and structuring clear and effective written communications and developing training courses
