A fantastic opportunity to join the Human Resourced Department of a well known Global Bank.
Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, you will assist with regional management in the development, implementation and strategic direction of all learning & talent management. Another key part of the role is to assist in deriving the L&D Strategy, planning and executive to ensure the L&D is contributing to the over HR Strategy and company goals..
To qualify, you will be degree educated and have a minimum of 5 years working experience within HR and must have a minimum of 2 years of Learning and Development experience, preferably within a MNC or banking institution.
