A Global full service bank is seeking a Recruitment professional to join their Human Resources department.
Reporting to the Resourcing Head, the incumbent will be responsible for managing the recruitment lifecycle within a defined business group. This position will look after the back and middle office functions and will have regional responsibility across Asia Pacific. The incumbent will be responsible for the Management of full life cycle of permanent hiring for Business Area from direct applications to search
To succeed in this position you will have at least 5 to 8 years of recruitment experience. You will either currently be in an in-house environment with a bank looking to take on more ownership and responsibility or a high achieving recruiter from a search / agency environment with a track record of success recruiting in the banking sector.
