A top tier Asset Management House seeks a Learning and Development professional to join their Asia Pacific team.
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Regional Head of L&D, you will be responsible for the integration of existing global learning and development programs and associated projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives. You will nurture the current curriculum while developing and rolling out Asia-centric leadership training and development practices. You will also conduct structured and comprehensive training and assessment to support company objectives. To be deemed suitable, you will have at least 5 years of progressive training experience; exposure to the financial services sector is required.
