Exceptional opportunity for a Compensation and Benefits professional to work with one of the big four audit firms.
Working alongside a Human Resource Advisory partner, the role will involve the design and implementation of equity incentive plans for national, regional (i.e. Hong Kong, Singapore and China) and global Financial Services clients as well as assisting them with the ongoing operation (including the structuring, tax, legal, accounting, HR and other implications) of their plans. Clients will be both private sector and publicly listed companies and you will be actively involved in developing and maintaining strong relationships with them.
The suitable candidate will have extensive technical reward expertise and experience, ideally gained within a Financial Services environment. The candidate should be experienced in the reward and share plans arena either from a tax or legal perspective. Experience of advising Financial Services clients on the design of long-term incentive plans as well as phantom plans and cash-based plans would be an advantage.
