A global brokerage services company seeks a top calibre corporate commercial lawyer for a Legal Counsel role based in Hong Kong.
This is a prominent role with regional coverage and responsibility for advising and negotiating various contracts and managing legal risks across a range of spheres that are crucial to the business. The incumbent will have direct exposure to the business and be able to work closely with senior managers. It is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with solid general corporate commercial experience to move into the industry of banking and finance. The ideal candidate will have at least three years experience as either a corporate lawyer, banking and finance specialist or litigator however a variety of backgrounds will be considered.
