A leading European financial institution is now hiring an experienced legal professional to join their Investment Banking business in Singapore.

The role has a breadth of product exposure and SEA coverage, which includes providing legal support to the DCM team in Asia for mandated transactions and working with structured solutions and structured products. The incumbent will support the flow of business across debt markets, ISDA, repurchase agreements, note programmes, and draft terms. Four to eight years of post-qualification experience and a solid DCM background are required. Some exposure to derivatives and ISDA agreements is welcome. A healthy compensation package is on offer in this established banking business.
