A US multinational financial institution would like to hire an experienced Organization and Talent Development professional to join their Human Resources function.
The successful candidate will be involved in close consultation with the Investment Banking and CMO businesses to ensure that graduate needs for the subsequent year are clearly understood and coordinated. He will also be working with the business to determine the appropriate profile of graduates sought in company’s recruitment endeavours. Working closely with the Investment Banking and Capital Markets businesses, the candidate will have strategic view, coordination and also hands on recruiting responsibilities to ensure business requirements are clearly understood, then delivering on their expectations. The ideal candidates will have minimum 5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus in staffing/resourcing.
