This is a senior legal counsel position based in Shanghai with a leading European based semiconductor company. Given the broad covergae on coroporate legal matters and the managerial exposure of leading a junior counsel, this is a perfect chance for a senior PRC lawyer or a foreign admitted lawyer with Madarin skills to further develop his or her in-house career. Candidates from technology or telecom industries will be preferred while other candidates will be considered as well.
