Aquis Search announces the appointment of Michael Shasha as an Associate Director responsible for the development of the Equities platform for the firm.
Michael primarily manages Equity Research, Sales and Trading search for the firm, with a secondary focus on Equity Capital Markets origination, execution and syndication. He specialises in middle to senior level Research assignments, placing professionals across the region.
He began his executive search career with a global recruitment firm in 2004 then moved to Hong Kong in 2007 and set up the Corporate Finance and Capital Markets platform for another global search firm before making the transition to an Equities focused role.
Michael began his career as a Securities Trader with a national bank in London. He holds a BEng Honours Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manchester University. He is an avid sportsman and is currently the Men’s rowing coordinator for the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club.
