Our client is a well-known international law firm based in Central who work with clients across the world. With a focus on work life balance, they are looking for a friendly individual with strong organizational skills to join the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out all around administrative duties as assigned by the Office Manager
  • Organize and manage the conference and meeting room schedules
  • Maintenance of office supplies, equipment and facilities
  • Prepare and handle documents
  • Occasional delivery of urgent documents 
  • No receptionist duties
  • Additional ad hoc duties as allocated

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a law firm is a MUST
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • Friendly, easy going individual with strong interpersonal skills
  • Well – organized with a good attention to detail
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
