Assistant Finance Manager (Consolidations)

Responsibilities: 

  • Review consolidation and prepare group interim and annual financial statements 
  • Review statutory and management financial statements of head office entities 
  • Research and document appropriate accounting analysis 
  • Interpret and implement new accounting standards 
  • Coordinate with other departments in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly and annual financials, forecasts and budget 
  • Involved with a spin-off IPO project 
  • Prepare supporting materials for the Audit Committee and Board of Directors 
  • Prepare ad-hoc management analysis and reports 
  • Other duties include review of the Annual Report, other stock exchange filings as needed, and develop and mentor all direct reports 

Requirements: 

  • University graduate with HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent professional qualifications 
  • 4+ years total experience, must have audit experience gained from big 4 accounting firms 
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to details 
  • Ability to handle multi-tasks and respond effectively to unexpected changes and requests 
  • Independent, self-motivated, capable to handle tight timeline 
  • High competence in written and spoken English and Mandarin
