Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Execute against marketing plans to drive the business goals of Greater China, on an online and brand marketing level; collaborate across all necessary functions, including Customer Success, Sales,Product, and Global Marketing Teams
  • Take a leading role with production of unique hosted events in Greater China from beginning to end, including ideation, logistics, budget, partner coordination, vendor selection, branding, documentation, and follow-up
  • Work with company's Global Events team to execute on major industry events in Greater China from participation to sponsorship
  • Develop and manage localized content plan across online channels
  • Develop and own the implementation of earned/owned media platforms (including WeChat/ Weibo) strategy into tangible deliverables; analyze effectiveness of content and social initiatives, and continually improve performance
  • Work with PR agencies on the message development, PR planning and implementation
  • Work with Global team on marketing assets localization, creative development
  • Develop a strong understanding of the products, competition, industry, marketing goals, and objectives

Key Requirements:

  • Fluent Chinese speaker and communicator
  • Perfect English, written and spoken
  • Bachelor's degree with a track record of academic excellence
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Self-starter; able to work independently in a fast moving start up environment
  • Strong analytical skills and effective 'growth hacker' capabilities
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Perfect organizational, time management, and negotiation skills; works well under pressure
