Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deploy marketing plan for the various departments and business units, assist in brand promotion, manage channel development strategy, and actively promote continuous improvement and innovation of marketing models within the organization
  • Collect market data and develop relevant market strategies, analyze market trends, ensure company’s products and services are aligned with market competitiveness and develop recommended marketing plan
  • Come up with comprehensive strategy to coordinate marketing initiatives and marketing services for the various life insurance products within the organization
  • Come up with planning of sales targets for various products in the medical sector, various business units, supervise sales work, and support various medical institutions to complete established marketing tasks
  • Coordinate the development of marketing strategies in the medical sector that is aligned with company’s process specifications, promote channel development, carry out the sales promotion strategies 
  • Lead the marketing team to improve overall’s productivity, coordinate and implement sales assessment incentive schemes, and conduct sales training to sales team
  • Organise and coordinate the work for various departments, and maximise the use of resources within the company

Requirements:

  • Open to relocating to Beijing from Singapore
  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing for healthcare or hospitality industries
  • Experience working with large domestic companies or international MNC medical groups, with medical chain agency headquarters work experience
  • Good at brand marketing while managing the sales team at the same time
  • Have an international perspective and experience working with international perspective and work experience
  • Experience working with medical companies from Japan, U.S., France, Australia and Hong Kong is an advantage
