Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall growth and direction of the China Region
- Establishing sales and marketing strategies for the healthcare and nutrition market in the China Region to achieve the defined business results
- Leading and developing the China team, covering sales, marketing, business development
- Realising a sales increase, by maximising the margins for the core business and by promoting business growth for healthcare and nutrition market
- Playing a key role in further developing and structuring the newly developed team. Focusing on strengthening the links between sales, customer service and business development and marketing
- Develop and implement business plans for designated accounts to outline available opportunities which increase new business and expansion opportunities
- Direct and coordinate all operational and business activities to meet customer requirements and achieve and/or exceed profit plan and strategic planning goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Over 10 years commercial working experience in healthcare and nutrition ingredient or related industry background will definitely be a plus
- Successful track record in business development. Good strategy and business acumen
- Strong leadership to collaborate various functions, inspire and motivate the team
- Fluent Mandarin and English
