This role need to drive China B2B business in rapid growth and work closely with functional team.
The Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall growth and direction of China Region
- Actively participates in and works within the Global Leadership Team to develop viable strategic options for the China region in both short and long-term timeframes
- Develops and implements business plans for designated accounts to outline available opportunities which increase new business and expansion opportunities
- Develop a regional growth portfolio, identifying and analyzing market trends influencing customer profit drivers within the industry. Target gaps to create growth opportunities.
- Direct and coordinate all operational and business activities to meet customer requirements and achieve and/or exceed profit plan and strategic planning goals and objectives.
- Over 15 years commercial working experience in B2B industry, food &Beverage ingredient or related industry background will definitely be plus
- Successful track record in managing P&L and balance sheet. Good strategy and business acumen
- Strong leadership to collaborate various functions, inspiring and motivating the team
- Fluent Mandarin and English
