Brief Overview:

Our client is looking to hire Corporate Secretarial Senior Manager to join their team.

Location:

Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore

The Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide corporate secretarial services to a portfolio of diversified clients
  • The ability to provide professional corporate secretarial advice to clients
  • Review to ensure that statutory books are in order and updated for their portfolio of clients
  • Review statutory documents and forms
  • Overseeing and co-ordinating the preparation of statutory books and documents
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
  • Attend to auditors’ queries on behalf of clients and liaise with them in preparation for and during annual audit
  • Ensure prompt billing and be responsible for work in progress
  • Coach and train team members to enable them to perform their duties professionally

Requirements:

  • Degree in HR, Corporate Governance, ICSA, HKICS or related discipline or any other relevant professional certifications
  • Min. 8 years of working experience in house or professional service firms
