Job Description

Award-wining online game developer is in search of a CRM Analyst to join their young and dynamic organization and enhance user engagement and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assume the role of a subject matter expert, lead and engage the product team in the development, review, and evaluation of effective CRM campaigns to enhance business performance and optimize the player experience throughout the funnel
  • Plan, devise, coordinate and implement efficient programs and promotional activities via multiple channels to achieve various objectives, including monetization, win-back, engagement and retention
  • Be a responsible and main user of the Player Relationship Management Platform (PRMP): a real-time, event-based
  • rule engine that interacts with players through in-game notifications and promotions
  • Work cross-functionally and actively manage the end-to-end campaign setup process across various teams, such as Content, Art, BI, Marketing, and Customer Service
  • Design and produce campaign reporting and analysis based on business requirements
  • through building queries in SQL, maintaining existing dashboards, and/or collaborating with BI to refine manage campaign measurement and analysis for future improvements
  • Drive optimization planning and leverage campaign insights to conduct rapid campaign prototyping: design prototypes, define testing protocols, and performance reporting
  • Continuously refine and expand knowledge of CRM marketing trends, and keep informed on its implications and how they relate to the overall company strategy

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing campaign management
  • Deep expertise in process management and workflow optimization
  • Strong knowledge of user segmentation and funnel
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, continually-evolving, tech-heavy and data-driven environment
  • Innovative and creative; thrives in solving problems and creating new ways of doing things
  • Strong relationship builder
  • Meticulous with keen attention to details
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills; intensely curious
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Mathematics / Statistics or relevant field
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in using email marketing platform or related CRM tools
  • Have an interest in or passion for the video game industry, with an understanding of the free-to-play video game user lifecycle
  • Experience with Hive/Impala, Agile Project Management Framework, Tableau, Google Analytics
  • Digital marketing experience, e-commerce or retail industry preferred
