Role and Responsibilities

  • Regular digital analytic reports, identify impactful priorities that require critical attention for both digital product development and digital marketing strategy, to ensure business goal-driven customer experience
  • Partner with product managers, UX designers and marketers to guide marketing programs and digital channel development and refinement, drawing on a range of customer experience research methods and UX best practices
  • Define project scopes, applying appropriate qualitative and quantitative methodologies to answer core research questions
  • Recruit for and conduct on-site, remote, and in-field user research studies with customers and sales leaders
  • Conduct usability assessments for regional/market and/or global products under development
  • Work closely with other researchers and data analysts to develop holistic approaches to meeting local stakeholder needs
  • Share tangible findings and prioritized recommendations with the teams on a regular basis, making connections between customer needs and business goals and priorities
  • Manage third-party research vendors as necessary

Requirement:

  • Experience in using digital analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Management, Big Query, Firebase to provide data-driven evidence to assist in identifying priorities
  • Assists digital marketers and other marketing teams with data-driven evidence in developing the vision and strategy for the customer experience across digital touch points
  • Experience in developing customer personas and journeys with a data-driven approach
  • Always have a strong curiosity for customers and their needs.
  • Ability to break down complex projects into requirements
  • Possesses strong communication skills that enable collaboration with teams comprised of marketers, developers, business analysts and stakeholders
  • Can demonstrate an in-depth understanding of a range of user research methods and a solid grasp of contemporary trends in digital marketing, Web and app design
  • Continuously refine digital analytic methods and strategy into the core marketing program and digital product development process
