Digital Performance Marketing Manager

The role of be assisting the Senior Marketing Communication Manager and VP of product Marketing in Planning and executing paid digital advertising and etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of key digital marketing channels, planning and execution of end-to-end campaign strategies
  • Support Marketing team in holistic deployment of Marketing campaigns on digital channels across the Marketing calendar
  • Develop ad copy and work with creative teams to create campaign assets for digital campaigns
  • Manage performance marketing channels such as Facebook and Adwords, DoubleClick, conduct a/b tests to constantly iterate and test campaign variants, identify insights, creative strategies and targeting for constant optimization of campaign and marketing spend efficiency
  • Work with digital marketing and performance marketing agency and internal web team in website audit, website atomization, building and automating dashboards, to enhance website performance and performance tracking
  • Perform content website and landing page creation via WordPress
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns via MailChimp to drive performance for remarketing and acquisition strategy
  • Project Management (includes time, budget and agencies management)
  • Custodian of brand guidelines and strategies for proper application to marketing communication plans
  • To support work administration: Creation of PR, accruals

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of working experience in similar field or scope of work
  • Brand and Marketing Communications background is preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of WordPress, Google Analytics, Google AdWords and DoubleClick, MailChimp is required
  • Strategic thinker, proactive self-starter and a team player with proven track record in rolling-out successful marketing campaigns
  • Experienced in end to end digital campaign management including digital channels such as SEM, Paid Media, Social Media,
  • Experienced in eCommerce is preferred
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills with passion for technology and gaming
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, adhere to deadlines, deliver high-quality results and manage multiple priorities concurrently
  • An enabler and proactive problem solver who is independent and versatile will be the ideal candidate for this position
  • Understanding of telecommunications industry is an advantage, but not mandatory
