In view of expansion, a Full Bank is looking to bring in a high calibre Incentive Performance Rewards and Incentive Management Lead in building new initiatives to drive business performance within the retail and wealth business. In return, you will enjoy remuneration of up to SGD 280,000 p.a.
- Design and implement various front office sales KPI scorecards and formulating incentive schemes.
- You will be personally managing the sales incentive budget and formulating and implement effective expense governance framework across business units.
- Involving in Strategic / IT related projects, change management & process enhancement initiatives for continuous improvement
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy and Economics with more than 10 years of related working experience in a bank or consultancy firm.
- Ability to generate trust and respect of peers, senior and junior stakeholders. Strong influencing, negotiation and prioritisation skills.
