Brief Overview:
A leading global insurance provider is looking for an experienced distribution compliance officer to join their compliance team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements
- Review and monitor distribution representatives’ sales advisory / market conduct activities
- Provide training on regulatory obligations in relation to market conduct
- Investigate market misconduct complaints
- Facilitate the effective implementation of the Balanced Scorecard Framework
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of compliance experience within financial services
- Possess sound knowledge of life and general insurance products, and the relevant local regulations
- Professional compliance certification and successful completion of relevant Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services Examinations
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
