This ER team is made up of seasoned employment counsel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting employment legal and HR teams on a range of contentious & non-contentious employments matters, employee relations and human resources matters across Hong Kong and parts of Asia Pacific. There will be additional coverage in advising and working closely with business teams on other wider employment related issues.
- Common law qualified lawyers with at least 6 PQE
- Prior experience handling contentious and non-contentious employment matters is a must, though direct working relationships with financial institutions are not required
- Those with only private practice experience will also be welcomed to apply
- Chinese language skills are required
