Job Description

In driving the transformations of the company, this position is one of the newly created positions transcending the growth of the Brand to the next level of business excellence.

Candidate will be responsible for the business operations globally (with more than 90 retail stores in Asia & Middle East).


  • Develop and drive strategies, annual budgets, top line and bottom line targets and sales growth for ALL markets globally including Asia and Middle East in alignment with the Company’s strategic objectives
  • Develop strategies, drive and influence franchisee partners to achieve top line and bottom line targets and sales growth for ALL markets globally including Asia and Middle East in alignment with the Company’s strategic objectives
  • Perform business analysis, prepare and present business reports and budgets
  • Lead the negotiation on rental, operations meetings and all business-related meetings
  • Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales targets, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives without compromising service excellence
  • Manage cross-functional teams including local and international operations, learning & development, visual merchandising, and customer service to develop and implement effective strategies to enhance operational infrastructure, service orientation, systems and processes so as to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the organization
  • Collaborate with various cross functional organization units e.g. marketing, legal, product design, architecture merchandise planning, HR, IT, and supply chain to implement the business requirements in accordance to corporate standards
  • Collaborate with Ecommerce team in aligning all operations standards, business processes and flows so as to achieve seamless O2O customer experience
  • Conduct performance appraisal, to identify and address learning needs and performance gap of employees
  • Communicate clearly and directly to employees on performance expectations, service excellence, productivity, and accountability
  • Maintain a favourable working relationship with all employees to promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment in order to facilitate positive employee morale, productivity, staff retention, and continuous improvement of the Company


  • Minimum Degree in Business or equivalent in related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in managerial roles preferably in fashion/footwear retail operations
  • Creative business thinking and open-minded to the fast-fashion retail environment
  • Advance experience/knowledge on ladies’ shoes and accessories
  • Strong perseverance to achieve targets and results
  • Providing strong leadership, guidance and motivation to all employees
  • Passionate in retail operations, willing and able to withstand retail hours and work on weekends and public holidays where necessary
  • Strong interest in fashion styling
  • Fun, vibrant & outgoing personality with great personal style
  • Keen sense of fashion and a passion for the fashion industry
  • Willing to relocate to Singapore
