Job Description

We are working with one of the world’s most forward thinking banks who have already invested billions of dollars in their digital presence delivering customer centric solutions. We are now seeking an experienced professional to lead their team in the role of Head of Digital Channels, Asia Pacific


  • You will be responsible for ensuring the Digital Channel Markets in Asia are achieving their numbers and delivering on targets
  • You will cover 8 key developed and emerging markets across Asia with Heads of Digital for each market reporting into you 
  • You will be driving business targets for regional and local teams
  • You will establish an organisational and operating model for delivering and optimising the communication across all markets in alignment/partnership with Technology/Data/Marketing and defining the market structure and geographic business leads and then build and support the relevant teams
  • You will create the overall strategy for hitting digital sales as well as finding opportunities and building a plan to optimise the engagement on the digital channel through various messaging media using data available


  • You must have strong understanding at various levels across an organisation of Digital services and applications
  • You must have outstanding transformation knowledge and experience
  • You must have specific proven Digital Marketing eCommerce skills, at scale
  • You must have deep and wide subject matter expertise of digital channels
  • You must have a track record of balancing risks versus rewards
  • You will preferably have managed an international P&L
  • You must have exceptional ability to lead diverse teams across global functions
  • Knowledge of Content Management, Optimisation, Digital Messaging, Digital Analytics, Sales Funnel Management, Insight and Hypotheses creation and activation will be beneficial
  • You must have outstanding subject matter expertise of channel, including technical, commercial, market place and customer considerations
  • You must have experience in both developed and emerging markets
  • You must have a proven background delivering eCommerce programmes in significantly scaled organisations
  • You must have deep understanding of agile delivery principles and quality software engineering processes and practices
