1. More than 6 years of working experience in HR functions covering recruitment, Learning
& Development and compensation & benefits field.
2. With solid knowledge and experience of principles and practices of HR staffing and payroll
3. High learning agility inclusive sophisticated and confident when dealing with senior
4. With sharp logical sense and excellent ability in organizing & planning.
5. Superior interpersonal & communication skill with teamwork spirit.
6. Proven ability to prioritize and manage the multiple tasks with consistently positive
mind-set and trustworthy working attitude.
7. Able to self-motivated and also good at inspiring and motivating others.
8. Fluent in spoken and written languages skills for both Chinese and English.
9. Familiar with Internet industry will be a plus.
