Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with various teams to proactively understand the business and its objectives and identify needs, develop innovative solutions, improve and implement HR programs, policies and processes in one or more specialist domain areas (e.g. Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefit)
  • Work in close collaboration with local/global counterparts and cross-functional teams to enable the result while maintaining compliance and risk mitigation
  • Design effective HR solutions/programs to address complex needs within organization people/development strategy to ensure the right partners are involved in the right timing
  • Own breadth of expertise across all practice areas and be capable of developing the expertise deeper

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years progressive relevant professional level HR experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and solid time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Integrity in work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications 

  • 5 years Learning and Development experiences
  • Ability to prioritize effectively across competing demands
  • Ability to keep information confidential and commitment to produce high quality work
  • Team player but with high level of self-initiative, having not only creativity and flexibility but also perseverance and precise working attitude
  • Client-service orientation with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and strong interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills with the ability to drive results given direction in the form of objectives and to implement ideas in a changing environment
  • An action oriented results driven member that can flexibly and rapidly adapting to a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
