2.Managing key projects, processes and initiatives across the teams
3.Support and deliver HR system solutions from proposal through execution (design/build/test/deploy).
4.Work closely with internal and external project stakeholders to ensure smooth change management.
1.6+ years of relevant experience deploying and supporting human resource enterprise technologies (SAP/SuccessFactors experience a plus).
2.Functional knowledge of human resources business processes (benefits, compensation, payroll, performance, time, absence, talent management, recruiting, etc).
3.Language requirements: the candidate must be able to speak and write English and Chinese based on proficient level
4.Demonstrated ability to drive complex projects to completion using effective project management, communication, and influence.
5.Attention to details while looking on big picture.
6.Superior interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to work successfully within and across teams.
