Responsibilities:

  • Drive the implementation of talent management strategy which includes the understanding of supply and demand for talents, and thereafter identification, review and assessment cycles for the talent and leadership groups for succession design and implementation
  • Conceptualize leadership development and learning approach to accelerate the development of the leadership groups and high potentials. i.e. talent associate programme to grow and renew / grow talent pipeline within the organization
  • Recommend and oversee the maturity of respective country’s talent management, learning and organizational development growth aligned to the overall HR strategy, collaborating with other HR COEs
  • Provide advisory to key business stakeholders across the organization to analyze talent needs, recommend and implement specific development interventions
  • Partner with HRBPs to understand key business challenges and organization needs, and deliver/implement programmes in support of enhancing capability and capacity of talents
  • Source and evaluate possible partners in the development and deployment of the organization’s leadership and talent interventions
  • Keeping abreast of innovative and best practices pertaining to talent management, learning and development including systems & technology
  • Provide advisory and consultation to HR managers on a variety of topics to optimize organization effectiveness, talent engagement, team development and leadership effectiveness

Requirements:

  • A recognized degree in Human Resource Development / Organization Development or equivalent 
  • At least 10 years’ experience in talent management or human resource development and related areas
  • Certified in various talent diagnostic assessment tools (e.g Hogan/ GLI, Talent Q, ILS+OCS, etc) and certified to conduct / facilitate training for leadership and teams.
  • Experience working with staff and colleagues in countries within Asia and out of Singapore
  • Strong business acumen to recommend talent management solutions that are aligned with the organization needs
  • Possesses a high level of self-confidence with ability to interface and influence senior stakeholders
  • Proactive and resourceful to provide timely talent management and learning solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to present and discuss complex information that enhances understanding
  • Ability to pace-set and work as a team with collaboration in a diverse environment
