  • Act as a single point of contact for the employees and supervisors/managers in the business unit
  • Proactively support the delivery of HR Processes 
  • Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client
  • Actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks
  • Recruit with hiring manager the key talents
  • Act as the performance improvement driver and provoke positive changes in the people management
  • Facilitate the development plans for cross train for key job positions
  • Work and support the organizational structure and propose changes
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned


  • Degree in Arts/Business/HR/Management with at least 2 years of experience or a recognized diploma with at least 4 years of HR experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing business is highly preferred
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tactful and professional when managing human relations matters
  • Meticulous and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
