Incident Manager

My client is a well-established global insurance company currently hiring for experienced Incident Managers to be based in Hong Kong. This position will be responsible for incident/problem management and support management of their applications service.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the platform using the APM tools in place
  • Assess the severity of the outage in regards to the impact on business and technology
  • Drive resources internally and externally to resolve the problem
  • Investigate on the root cause of the incident and compile incident reports

Requirements:

  • Experienced in managing application performance including Mobile Apps, Java, Web Methods
  • Experienced in Application Monitoring Tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc
  • Experienced in vendor management and managing a SLA in a client-side perspective
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive changes and continuous improvement for the platform
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders within the business
