Job Description

Brief Overview:

Work in line with A.P Regional sales and IC corporate strategies to plan, schedule and execute sales tactics in securing product positioning, market penetration, training, and forecasting against market and sales plans. Reference marketing intelligence and research to properly strategize with sales team and distributors to capture and broaden market share. Optimizing channel management, plan local operation setup.


  • Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales target through distributors 
  • Collection of account receivables as per agreed terms to minimize financial risk to organization 
  • Communicate with the marketing and supply chain of specific key product lines (monthly forecasts, managing backorders & planning inventory transitions for new products).
  • Draft rolling annual sales plan by quarter to support the annual country plan
  • Communicate with the marketing team on the development and execution of new product launches to ensure the sales team is properly prepared upon completion
  • Design and implement sales strategies and tactics to support a country plan consistent with the divisional strat plan
  • Monitor sales revenue, sales units and average selling prices to ensure proper trends
  • Monitor sales division’s OPEX trends and expense results on a monthly basis
  • Write monthly management reports to communicate sales results, issues, solutions, competitive landscape and recruiting activity
  • Maintain regular contact/communication with IC Sales Execution Team and sales/country management to ensure alignment of plans
  • Work with HQ on local operation plan
  • Set up strategy of new terrritories based on comprehensive market survey and establish distribution channel and sales
  • Ensure that all of the business, sales and marketing activities are legally and ethically compliant
  • To develop relation and business liasion with all KOL's to conduct activities


  • Minimum of 3-4 years in a sales management role with minimum 5 years of sales experience in cardiovascular industry
  • Minimum 3 years new market business development experience
  • Some marketing experience will be an advantage
