Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and facilitate core and customized training programs
  • Drive implementation of program enhancement based on training analytics
  • Work with stakeholders to organize in-house leadership engagement events from planning to execution, including post action learning
  • Liaise with various departments to understand their respective team building objectives and to design and execute the final design of the team building event
  • Work with Head of CCLD on special projects
  • Provide insights into the effects of various leadership and cultural programmes on organizational performance
  • Research, identify and incorporate performance building instruments and programs to enhance team and organisational effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, Education or other related disciplines. A Masters Degree is a big advantage
  • At least 5 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing effective cultural and leadership development & programs that are practical, realistic, and produce measurable impact
  • Excellent writing, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex, strategic ideas or concepts in a convincing and inspiring manner
  • Excellent facilitation skills and proven track of delivery of training programs
  • Result oriented and team player
