Responsibilities:

  • Identify and analyse future learning needs
  • Research, design and implement learning strategy and solutions to enable effective, efficient and engaging learning and to close learning gaps
  • Design and conduct impact study of the company's major programmes (Kirkpatrick level 3 (behaviour) and 4 (result))
  • Provide advice on effective and efficient learning science and instructional methods to company and Business Unit
  • Implement data analytics to measure learning effectiveness so as to constantly enhance learning performance
  • Drive collaboration and benchmarking with industry and related Institute of Higher Learning & CETs to brand the company
  • Promote the use of learning strategy, LMS and other learning tools
  • Conduct dashboard reporting

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience, Degree/MSc (Education), Degree/MSc (Training & Devt) or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently with strong analytical skills and is proactive
  • Able to effectively communicate and work as a team
  • Strong oral and written ability
  • Experience in learning research, developing learning strategies and tools and workplace learning would be an advantage
