A multinational security services company is looking for an Order Management Manager (Team Lead) to sit within the Shared Services Centre of their growing organisation. The Order Management Team Lead will manage a team of officers to ensure successful sales orders and contracts are carried out effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of direct reports to manage and report daily KPI analysis
  • Maintain and document work procedures and workflows
  • Evaluate goals, analyse performance and identify avenues for improvement
  • Design and implement process optimisation strategies to improve operational efficiency
  • Engage and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive initiatives

Requirements:

  • Good Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with 3 - 5 years of Order Management experience
  • Prior order to cash and project management exposure
  • Proven succes in designing and implmenting process improvement strategies
  • Proactive issue analysis, resolution, testing and implementation phase experience
  • SAP experience will be a plus
