1.Good engagement, communication (listening & expressing), project management and execution skills.
2.Strong team spirit, flexibility, initiative, learning agility and accountable for result.
3.7 years and above of HR related experiences
4.Master Degree. Business management, human resources or related fields are preferred.
5.Performance consulting, organizational diagnosis, instructional design, facilitation and coaching professions are preferred.
