New Comer Orientation Program:

  • Responsible for the Newcomer Orientation Program including implementation of the Induction Plan, Self-Study Material, Shop Practice
  • Coordinate and update other parts of the newcomer orientation program



  • Assist HR & Admin. Director in workforce planning
  • Standardize selection process and develop recruiting tools
  • Keep JDs on file. (JD should include main job role & responsibilities, criteria, job title, job level, compensation, reporting lines.)
  • Work efficiently with recruiting agencies, internet and employee referral.
  • Well manage the agency and contract
  • Fully involves in all the related recruitment activities, such as interview arrangement, candidates interviewing and selection, reference check, offer delivery and employment process. 
  • Oversees the other recruitment line appropriate process execution
