New Comer Orientation Program:
- Responsible for the Newcomer Orientation Program including implementation of the Induction Plan, Self-Study Material, Shop Practice
- Coordinate and update other parts of the newcomer orientation program
- Assist HR & Admin. Director in workforce planning
- Standardize selection process and develop recruiting tools
- Keep JDs on file. (JD should include main job role & responsibilities, criteria, job title, job level, compensation, reporting lines.)
- Work efficiently with recruiting agencies, internet and employee referral.
- Well manage the agency and contract
- Fully involves in all the related recruitment activities, such as interview arrangement, candidates interviewing and selection, reference check, offer delivery and employment process.
- Oversees the other recruitment line appropriate process execution
