What we are looking for

Aquis Search is currently looking to speak to and meet with recruitment consultants at all levels from Fresh Graduates to Senior Managers. We would like to hear from recruitment consultants, sales and business development candidates and industry professionals. We are most interested in soft skills, attitude and potential. It is not necessary for you to have recruitment experience or industry knowledge as we can train and teach people recruitment skills and areas of specialization.


  • Solid academic background including university education
  • Prior recruitment experience, track record of success, strong network including client and candidate relationships are preferred but not essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Good command of written and spoken English is required, Asian language skills particularly Cantonese and Mandarin are desirable
  • Proactive, self-motivated, self-sufficient, ambitious and those who can operate independently and work well within teams
